I am a product and user experience designer with an extensive background in interactive creative direction and brand design. My current focus is product design and UX supported by wireframes, personas, user research, customer journeys, information architecture, competitive analysis and UI design.
My goal is to create consistent user experiences that are intuitive and functional. I have worked across many industries but my expertise and passion lies in travel, B2B, and the outdoor and athletic gear markets.
I like to think of Billy as a new breed of creative: possessing a great foundation in aesthetic, but also bringing deep and vital understanding of the social media interplay between brands and consumers. He wears many hats literally and figuratively … a deft concepter, art director, and content creator. Not to mention he's a low-ego workhorse who contributes greatly to agency culture.
